Preparation for the dance unto the Lord:
Rom. 8:12-13 So then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh: 13for if ye live after the flesh, ye must die; but if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Make room for the presence of God, when you do the enemy will know and be afraid, example:
1 Sam. 4:3 And when the people were come into the camp, the elders of Israel said, Wherefore hath the LORD smitten us to day before the Philistines? Let us fetch the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of Shiloh unto us, that, when it cometh among us, it may save us out of the hand of our enemies. 4So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth between the cherubims: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God. 5And when the ark of the covenant of the LORD came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth rang again. 6And when the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said, What meaneth the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews? And they understood that the ark of the LORD was come into the camp. 7And the Philistines were afraid, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! !
for there hath not been such a thing heretofore.
Your offering of dance:
When your dance is an offering unto the Lord, you will see Him move mighty on your behalf or for those you may be interceding for, example:
1 Sam. 7:10-12 And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel. 11 And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar. 12 Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
Jesus said to us about our offerings:
Mat. 5: 23-24 23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; 24Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
Colors in the dance and their significance:
Amber: And as I looked, behold a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire (Ezekiel 1:4).
Black: And I looked, and behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand (Revelation 6:5b). Their appearance is blacker than soot, they are not recognized in the streets; their skin is shriveled on their bones, it is withered, it has become like wood (Lamentations 4:8).
Red: "Come now, and let us son together," Says the Lord, "Though your sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool (Isaiah 1:18). Joshua 2:18,21, Leviticus 14:52
Blue: And they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet here appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself (Exodus 24:10). Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man (Ezekiel 1:26 ).
Green: They will still yield fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and very green (Psalm 92:14). Psalm 52:8, Psalm 37:35
Purple: And the soldiers wove a crown of thorns and put it on His head, and arrayed Him in a purple robe (John 19:2). Judges 8:26, Exodus 28:8
White: I kept looking Until thrones were set up, and the Ancient of Days took His seat; His vesture was like white snow, and the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was ablaze with flames, Its wheels were a burning fire (Daniel 7:9). Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready. And it was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints (Revelation 19:7,8). Ecclesiastes 9:8, Zechariah 6:3, Matthew 17:2, John 20:12, Revelation 6:2, Revelation 7:9, ,
Gold: And he made a mercy seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long, and one and a half cubits wide.(Exodus 37:,6).
Silver: My son, if you will receive my sayings, and treasure my commandments within you, make your ear attentive to wisdom, Incline your heart to understanding; if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; then you will discern the fear of the LORD, and discover the knowledge of God (Proverbs 2:1-5). Genesis 44:8, Exodus 27:17, 1 Chronicles 28:14,

"Dance when done with purpose takes on prophetic authority.
There are times that we express with specific gestures the prophetic word of the Lord. The prophetic gesture increases the impact of the word being released because it reinforces the audible with the visual. To prophesy means to predict with certainty. When we dance to such songs as "Making War in the Heavenlies," we are prophesying - predicting with certainty - the eminent demise of the kingdom of darkness. There is power behind our dance because our words are not empty, but are backed by the will of God, the unction of the Spirit, and the agreement of our actions with the words of our mouth."
